Hello,

Do you mean they are on the scrotal skin? Is there associated pain/ swelling? Do you have any diagnosed medical condition? Were any investigations done to see for the cause?

Customer replied 651 days and 16 hours ago.

Yes they are on the scrotal skin. There isn't pain however they swell some and they irritate only because they bleed easy and can be itchy. If i scratch or rub (even on clothes) they bleed. It is worse if i lift heavy things.

Hello,

I can understand your anxiety.

We need to consider few causes. I am a bit worried that they bleed when you lift weights. It may suggests dilated subcutaneous veins at the scrotal wall. The cause can be inflammation/ infection or clot at the veins. The other cause can be infection of the wall of the scrotum - causing increased blood flow to that area and so the bleeding.

A physical evaluation along with few investigations like ultrasound of the scrotum {to see for any abnormality like variecocele {dilated veins around the testis or other}/ blood tests to get a clue to diagnosis.

Till than take care and avoid friction or rubbing - leading to bleeding.

Wish you well. God bless

Who do you recommend that i contact to get more info? Do you think this is serious? The bleeding is from the "pimple like" bubbles that follow the veins The resent blood test came back negative for psa tests. The testosterone levels are very low so getting that prescription today.

Hello,

The next step should be - Physical evaluation by a GP to start with with investigations {ultrasound for testis}.

If it is just an infection - an antibiotic course will do the needful.
