This can be due to-
Gout- it results from an overload of uric acid in the body. It deposits in the hard lumps of uric acid in and around the joints, and start with toe. The pain can be very severe.
Other possibility can be Rheumatoid arthritis (RA).
As such to make a diagnose, you need to undergo blood tests- Including Complete blood count, Uric acid levels, RA factor test.
As such you need to be seen by doctor .
Your symptoms are to be managed with prescription medications and physical therapy. Also Physical therapy includes various modalities like - Short wave diathermy, Infra red , Wax therapy, these will help you.
Please make an appointment with Orthopedician.
