Has this ever happened before? Any fever or other symptoms?
Customer reply replied 5 years ago.
no. I was outside most of the day in 90 degree sun, have a sun burn, listening to a concert yesterday. possibly not enough water?
Dr Chip (M.D.), Doctor replied 5 years ago.
It could be from the sun exposure to the point you may have sun toxicity or close to a heat stroke, but if you have been keeping up with fluid intake that shouldn't be much of a problem. This could just be a vertigo attack that has no specific cause. That said, if this lasts more than another few hours you should see a doctor for evaluation.
