Hello,

Since your previous expert has opted out, I am taking over the question. The leakage through vagina and hole in intestine is called as enterovaginal fistula. This will need a surgical repair. A biopsy of the area will reveal the cause. The common causes can be;

1) Crohn's disease

2) Tuberculosis

After the surgery, specific treatment for the above would be needed.

Please feel free for your follow up questions.

I would be happy to assist you further, if you need any more information.

Hello,

You can consult either a general surgeon or a gynecologist. Both the specialists do this surgery.
