Go to the ER
This combination is very toxic to the airways and you might need a prescription strengthen anti-inflammatory medication.
This is not a home remedy situation.
You do not want to let it get worse in case it causes bronchospasm in which case you might have breathing difficulty and go the the ER ins a squad.
Do not try to put anything up your nose.
A systemic medication is probably what you will need, such as prednisone.
