Hello, Lately my stool has been small tiny pieces that sink

Customer Question

Hello,

Lately my stool has been small tiny pieces that sink to the bottom of the toliet. Often when I go to wipe it is very clean. What could this be?

Hi,
Are you constipated?
Customer: replied 6 years ago.
No it comes out easy.
Expert:  RK replied 6 years ago.
It depends on diet you take.
Stool floats when there is excess fat or increased gas.
If these two are less stool may sink.
Sinking stool does not indicate any serious disease if your bowel movements are regular.

I have had inconsistent stool for over a month now. Most of the time it is small pieces. Very rarely have I had snake like stool. I had a CBC test done by my doctor because he said my intestines were spazing. The CBC was normal. I don't see any blood in my toliet.

Take high fiber diet and fiber supplements like metamucil. This will help you pass well formed stool.
