whenever i eat, the vein under my tongue pulsates and i get a lump in my throat on the right side. it hurts so bad that it prevents me from eating sometimes. should i be worried?

yes but the right side gets hard and hurts alot whenever i eat anything. my father died of mouth cancer 22 years ago at age 47. i just get scared.

no these swell normally
But the one might have the stone and that is why it is bigger getting clogged up.
An ENT doctor can probably remove the stone.
Once this is done it should not swell when you eat.
The vein is probably having a harder type draining and this might get better as well.
But go to an Ear Nose and Throat specialist.
A CT of the gland can show the stone
Not cancer
