Thank you for the information,

The dizziness can be due to different factors.

Morning sickness from pregnancy usually starts after 2 weeks of conception.

So it may not be the issue.

There may be dehydration, loss of fluid, fall or changes of blood pressure, low glucose etc .

Heart conditions like low ejection, cardiomyopathy, heart attacks, rhythm abnormalities may also lead to the attacks of dizziness.

It may also occur from anxiety or stress or any neurological cause like stroke, or bleeding, cerebellar diseases.

Anemia or electrolyte changes can also be factors.

.In some cases there can be feeling of vertigo from benign paroxysmal positional vertigo or labyrinthitis or inner ear problems.

I feel you should get an examination by doctor.

Till then take plenty of fluid, adequate rest.

You can need different tests such as EKG, metabolic panel, ENG, scan etc

I hope this information helps.

I will be happy to assist, if you need any clarification.

Please feel free for any follow up query.

Best wishes.
