Hello, Welcome to Just answer! I would like to get more information so that I can address your concern appropriately.
How severe is your pain in 1 to 10 scale?
Do you have fever, nausea, urinary or bowel symptoms?
A little diahrea - one instance.
Is this pain radiating downwards?
Is it like a shooting pain?
Any difference with bending, activities?
Does it get better when you don't move?
Did you hurt yourself recently?
Do you have history of backache?
no in the last several years
Thank you for the information. based on your description, you are not showing any alarming features. Most likley your pain is related to your spine which could be musculoskletal or degenerative joint disease. In most of the cases, taking rest, using pain meds local/oral, and using heating pad is helpful.
In some of the cases when there is no recovery within week,, then x ray/MRI can be done to see inside.
I don't think that your pain is related to other organ system.....
The nature of the pain and the location of the source contra-indicates musculosketal or joint involvement. What body organ is situated in that area?
kidney is located in that area, but your do not have any obvious kidney related symptoms...
A urine test and ultrasound can rule out the possibility of kidney problem, if any exist.
