I am sorry for your symptoms.

Yes, sinus infection can lead to hot feeling in your face. It mostly presents with pain, tenderness, swelling and pressure around your eyes, cheeks, nose or forehead but can present with similar feeling too.
Fever due to any origin, tooth or salivary gland infection also may present with hot feeling in the face too. So a physician physical exam is recommended to know the origin for the hot feeling in your face. The treatment will depend accordingly.
