Doctor Cameron :

hi

Doctor Cameron :

any other medical problems or medications?

Doctor Cameron :

Any burning?

Doctor Cameron :

with urination?

JACUSTOMER-3qra1q9i- :

Urin smell maybe. I have been getting the chills for the last few days. I have had a few before and think that's what it might be. Can't sleep. My whole body aches.

JACUSTOMER-3qra1q9i- :

I did have a cold for the last few weeks with a bad cough. Wierd to settle there.

Doctor Cameron :

Hmm.

Doctor Cameron :

Well, if you have a cough and back pain, this is more likely to be pneumonia

Doctor Cameron :

In general a kidney infection would have some urinary symptoms- like increased frequency, burning or even redness

Doctor Cameron :

*red urine

Doctor Cameron :

You need to see a doctor right away it seems- you have chills and body aches and back pain. You need a chest xray and a urinalysis

JACUSTOMER-3qra1q9i- :

But this is specifically on my lower left hand side. I have been urination more often. Athough from being sick I have drank more water

Doctor Cameron :

Right, this is likely a left lower lobe pneumonia

Doctor Cameron :

But either way, you need your urine checked for infection and antibitoics

JACUSTOMER-3qra1q9i- :

k. Off to try some tylenol. Challange is my dr is close to retiring and hardly works. Thanks

Doctor Cameron :

No, you need to go the ER

Doctor Cameron :

This could be a serious infection

JACUSTOMER-3qra1q9i- :

serious as in what? Can't it wait till the early am?

Doctor Cameron :

what time is it there?

JACUSTOMER-3qra1q9i- :

2:32 am

Doctor Cameron :

well, I guess you can wait, but if you feel any sicker you need to go in to the ER

JACUSTOMER-3qra1q9i- :

k. Still lots of water and tylenol (allegic to asprin)

Doctor Cameron :

okay
