Hello and welcome to justanswer!
Do you have hypertension?
yes i have been on meds for about a year
hand or limb weakness?
on and off
What were the meds?
Have you been using aspirin?
metroprol 1/2 tab every 12 hrs
Do you feel tingling , weakness in you limbs?
MRI has been done?
yes and angiogram of the brain
what are the symptoms right now apart from headache?
Nausea or vomiting?
Is your BP under control?
wake up sweating, heart palpatations, bp under control some lightheadness
at times i feel a little weak when i walk
Ok and i think you should review your medication also because metoprolol has the potential to increase the blood lipids and also you should see your physician urgently , because you need clinical assessment and physical exam.
Please do blood work for blood lipids like cholesterol, clotting status , like platelt count , PT and APTT etc.
what do i tell them i saw them on monday they gave me adavant. and said i had anxiety, i also have low iron
is that included in a cbc
And possibly a fresh MRI or angiogram to see if you are under risk .
CBC is different.
Do you have chest tightness, wet palms and breathlessness during the spell?
during wish spell
But if you are developing weakness of the limbs you should be assessed .
Spell of sweating and palpitations etc.
Otherwise , your symptoms are hardly consistent with a hemorrhage .
normally pressure on brain causes slow heart rate.
why does it feel like my caratoid artery hurt
Near your neck?
because the pair of carotids enter skull on either sides of the neck.
yes goes up to me ear, my temple. will it take a long time before i heal from the brain bleed
Possibly because you might be oversensitive about carotids , a kind of PTSD.
the funny part is that the brain bleed was on the right not the left and the right side is fine.
If you are feeling such symptoms now , you can go to ER to check out your BP and general physical exam.
Is it possible that you have fear about the right side?
because left was already affected.
If your mind is clear , and there is no limb numbness, weakness, nausea then it might be only anxiety, unless proven otherwise.
Are you occupied most of the time about your carotids?
no just now only because thats where i have the pain the most most times
what do you mean by pulsating
i mean rhythmic pain like an artery is pulsating.
or heart beat.
like there all the time. like a heartbeat and pulsating
Ok , possible risk might be of an aneurysm and if you can discuss with your physician , an MRA ( arteriogram ) should be done to investigate the aneurysm .
Such aneurysm may have a feeling as if there is pulsation and it can burst any time if present.
I think sincerely XXXXX XXXXX should be investigated.
ok i will call my dr tomorrow its not that easy to get them to listen.
Ok and good luck.
