Rather I would consider Globus hystericus to be the likely cause of your swallowing difficulties

Its a persistent sensation of having a feeling of obstruction in the throat when there is none.

Swallowing can be performed normally, so it is not a true case of dysphagis but it can become quite irritating.
One may also feel mild chest pain or even shortness of breath when swallowing.
