I was checked for lupus and it was negative. The feet are not painful just plain ugly. It does not appear to be Raynauds or infection. At age 82 I had thought circulatory perhaps. I feel great, exercise and have a great life.......just ugly feet!
The most likely cause is a venous insufficiency of the legs, probably very mild, so yes circulatory but more a problem with venous return.
You should try compression stockings intermittently to see if this helps.
I doubt a serious illness from what you are saying
An ultrasound of the legs could see how the veins are doing.
Good luck again
