I have sarcodosis in my liver and I have been taking hgh or the cream which a kind of steroid and I was wondering can it hurt my liver any more or does the cream bypass the liver

Steroid cream is absorbed from the skin in small amount, so periodic assessment of the liver functions (every 3 months) should be done. Steroid is treatment of Sarcoidosis, so while there is likely benefit, there can be side effects and one has to be vigilant about them by periodic blood work.
