pain if i have to hold on to my bladder to get to the toilet

This answer was rated:

i currently have moderate to servere pain if i have to hold on to my bladder to get to the toilet. I also have problems with my bowels(which is also painful) where i become bloated and somewhat constipated. I feel much better when things do eventually move. I had a hysterectomy six months ago and wonder if it had anything to do with that. Sex is also painful in certain positions

Dr PG (M.D.) :

hi

Dr PG (M.D.) :

can you give me some more information regarding your question-

Dr PG (M.D.) :

is there any pain in the pelvic area?

JACUSTOMER-z0rseqx4- :

yes sometimes but not all the time

Dr PG (M.D.) :

ok

Dr PG (M.D.) :

any lower back pain

JACUSTOMER-z0rseqx4- :

no not really

Dr PG (M.D.) :

since when are you having the symptoms?

JACUSTOMER-z0rseqx4- :

it has been very noticeable since the operation. It comes and goes. sometimes the pain feels like it is connected to my bowel movements and other time it is very noticable with my bladder.

Dr PG (M.D.) :

thanks for the information

Dr PG (M.D.) :

from the symptoms you are describing it seems that you might be having pelovic inflammatory disease (PID)

JACUSTOMER-z0rseqx4- :

sorry im not more specific... i have been trying to pinpoint what is going on myself but having great difficulty doing so.

JACUSTOMER-z0rseqx4- :

how does that work?

Dr PG (M.D.) :

PID is inflammation of the reproductive organs - fallopian tobes, ovaries etc and can form adhesions with the neighbouring organs

Dr PG (M.D.) :

this can occur after PID

JACUSTOMER-z0rseqx4- :

thanks
