This sounds like Rotavirus

And, honestly there is no specific treatment as this is a virus that runs its course in about 3 to 8 days.

Antibiotics will not help since this is a viral infection not a bacterial infection.

You want to prevent dehydration so you need to keep fluids down, if a child or even an adult, you can use pedialyte, gatorade.

If severe dehydration occurs and this is seen when you can no longer urinate - you might need IV (intravenous hydration in the hospital).
