Anthony Bray MD :

Hello!

Anthony Bray MD :

Iron defiency anemia would not be the cause of hand tremors.

Anthony Bray MD :

If he is iron deficient then this should be treated with an iron supplement at least. Ferrous sulfate 325 mg a day is the most common

Anthony Bray MD :

The tremor may have different causes but this is common problem at his age.
