10 days after the surgery. Surgery was Oct 15. I don't know my calcium level. I am very tired. Age 69 female. I have had this headache for three days.

Bad headache can occur after thyroidectomy usually it occurs immediate post operatively due to imbalance in calcium level during trauma or handling of parathyroid gland.

When you are having severe headache 10 days, your calcium level should be checked.

As the symptoms are persisting, you should consult doctor for examination and investigations to find out the cause and early start of treatment as it is necessary.
