Thankyou for your question.
Can you please tell me when did you take this test, recently?
Hi and welcome to justanswer!
welcome to JA.
positive ANA & CRP do suggest likelihood of inflammatory condition.
RA can be ruled out by sending out RA factor & anti CCp factor 9 blood tests) and laso by joint Xrays looking for characteristic changes.
Lupus has certain diagnostic criteria as per American Rheumatological Association.
based on that criteria, you are more likely to have Lupus.
it is better you see a rheumatologist for a detailed clinical evaluation, as diagnosis requires both clinical findinigs along with positive lab results.
Additional lupus labs like Anti ds DNA, Anti Smith antibodies should be sent out as well.
anti CCP is very specific for RA.
in that case this is likely RA.
ANA & CRP can be positive with RA as well.
RA factor has less sensitivity for RA diagnosis.
