What is the best decongestant to drain an Eustachian tube

This answer was rated:

What is the best decongestant to drain an Eustachian tube? I've been using phenylephrine but it is taking a long time.

Thanks for using just answer.

Pseudoepedrine can be used for this purpose. It is a good eustachian tube decongestant. Please do discuss with your doctor about this and go for the treatment.

That is hard to come by.
Sorry. I didn't get your reply. Can you explain a bit?

I can't afford a doctor visit to have him prescribe pseudo ephedrine. So I've been taking phenylephrine (store brand). It is takes a long time to work. I have ear retraction from fluid in my Eustachian ear tube. I get this every time I get a head cold and I would like to know what the best decongestant is, specifically for ears, without a prescription.
