My foot has been swollen for quite awhile and now I have a painful bump on the toe next to my little toe,actually the bump is on my foot right below my toe

Is it present on both feets?Is there any history of medical disorder like high blood pressure or heart problem?Any investigations like x-ray chest or echo test done?Did you receive any treatment for foot swelling?
No redness,but myfoot has been a little discolored for weeks. The bump came up last night and is getting more and more painful. No I haven't had any medical attention and yes, I do have high blood pressure, but it's under control
Ok and thanks for your input.Respected customer, this bump can be plantar fibromatosis or wart . My advice for you is that just continue ice application and use over the counter tab tylenol for pain. Consult with your GP to confirm the diagnosis. Treatment will depend on final diagnosis.Regarding your foot swelling,,,,,,,,,It should be evaluated and investigated especially when you have high blood pressure, despite it is controlled. You need to go for x-ray chest and echocardiography to rule out heart related causes of it.
