Are your shoulder movements painful?
Since how long are the symptoms?
Do you have neck pain?
Do you work long hours on computers?
This in all likelihood is due to pinched nerves in the neck, which can occur due to herniation of the disc and due to spasm of the muscles. Following would help you;
1) Physical therapy
4) Chiropractor manipulation
5) Local analgesic cream at the shoulder and neck
7) Relative rest
You may consult your physician in routine hours for x-ray and may be an MRI.
The neck lymph nodes are related to the shoulder and finger symptoms. Reactive hyperplasia can occur after a throat / teeth / gum infection or oral ulcers and these lymph nodes take lot of time to subside. This is not a worrying condition and resolves spontaneously.
