Sharp stabbing Pain on both sides under ribs from front going

This answer was rated:

Sharp stabbing Pain on both sides under ribs from front going to the mid back. Pain in the bladder area. Urge to urinate. What could this be?

The symptoms suggest that there is infection at may be bilateral kidneys and urinary bladder.

I would suggest you to have a CT scan done for abdomen/ urine analysis/ blood test to see for severity of the infection. Culture and sensitivity of the urine will help us to find the right antibiotic.

Till than have adequate fluids/ balanced diet/ avoid alcohol and smoking/ use heating pad/ seitz bath.

Wish you well. God bless
