any burning with urination?
what other medical problems do you have?
Thank you for the information.
This feeling of "very hot urine" is usually caused by an infection in your urinary tract.
This is easily diagnosed and treated. I suggest that you see your doctor for a urinalysis and culture. You can be prescribed simple antibiotics to treat it.
You need to drink plenty of fluids to flush out the infection and drinking cranberry juice can help to get rid of the bacteria easier.
I do not think your lower back pain is related because your kidneys are not in your lower back, but if you develop more serious back pain, fever, chills, nausea or vomiting it could be a sign of a more serious kidney infection.
