Welcome to JA - sorry you are going through this, let me opine.
If you have high blood pressure or kidney disease or heart disease where you doctor has put you on a low sodium diet, this is BAD. Even low sodium V8 has a lot of salt in it. One can is okay but more than that and you will be significantly increasing your salt intake.
Thus, I think one can is fine - as a matter of fact, it is a part of my daily lunch.
However, i would NOT advise drinking more than this.
Try this, this is what I do:
I make my own veggie mix (this is my taste liking:- 2 parts celery
- 2 parts carrott
- 1 part cucumber
- 1 radish
- some water
- black pepper
- tabasco sauce.
