I am having rapid heart beat. No other symptoms. No pain, in chest, no shortness of breath, but definite rapid heart beat. It is scaring me, what should I do?

Well, the normal pulse for healthy person ranges from 60 to 100 beats per minute. Also to mention that, the pulse rate may fluctuate and increase with exercise, illness, injury, and emotions.

The possible causes for rapid heart rate are- Smoking,Heavy caffeine consumption, Thyroid hormone imbalance, Imbalance of electrolytes, mineral in body. You need to undergo blood tests , to evaluate the cause, and accordingly management will be advised. I suggest you to see your doctor
