suffering from pain in my left foot for the last 2-3 months..foot

Resolved Question:

I have been suffering from pain in my left foot for the last 2-3 months. The day after playing sports (soccer/running) I'm in a great deal of pain and can't put any real pressure on the foot. I had an x-ray 3 weeks ago, but this showed no breaks or fracures. Rested for 3 weeks played soccer yesterday but was in pain after 15 minutes. Any advice?

Hi

Sorry about the delay in getting back to you.

I had a patient to see!

It can be difficult to give an accurate answer without being able to do an exam - however I suspect that you have metatarsalgia.

I will post you a link about this.

If you are able try see a sports injury dr , orthopedic surgeon or even visit a biomechanics clinic - all can do the appropriate exam and make the diagnosis.
