Resolved Question:

What do you suggest for torn muscles in the hip/groin area? I had an MRI done it showed a few tears. My doctor only told me to rest and use a cane.

Hi

Your own Dr's advice is reasonable - there is no "cure" for this - the muscles need to be left to heal themselves.

Suitable analgesia is appropriate and sometimes physical therapy can be of value.
