no injury been going on for 2 weeks tingling stop when i get up and walk

Well, firstly it can be due to pressure on the spinal nerves, Other causes are decreased blood supply of that leg because of formation of plaque from atherosclerosis , decreased calcium, potassium, or sodium in your body ,Vitamin B12 deficiency.

You need clinical examination, X-Ray of spine ,blood tests to evaluate the cause. Please make an appointment with your doctor for evaluation and treatment.

i had a complete blood work done 3 months ago all results were normal if the tingling stops with movement or walking is that really a circulation problem and what about the tinlging above my legs in the buttock and pelvic area

This may be due to compression of scaral spine region. The nerve compression, can lead to the numbness in the legs and pelvic region. Get a X-ray /CT scan of spine .Take care
