A complete course of antibiotic with antihistaminics can provide relief. If pain is there oral analgesics (NSAIDs) can be taken whenever required..Steam inhalation and warm water with salt gargles can be helpful. A consultation with a ENT doctor may also be considered.
Avoid smoking, dust ,any irritant or extreme temperatures.

Postnasal drip is usually due congestion/inflammation in nasal cavity and nasopharangeal region.Nasal decongestant along with antibiotics and antihistaminics can take care of it.
The swelling under the jaw is very like to be enlarged lymph node. Its common to have such lymph nodes in chronic infection.They reverse back to normal size once infection is treated.
Neck stiffness doesnt seem related to this and might be due changes of spondylosis with paraspinal muscle spasm. You may consider getting a Cervical spine Xray done.
