All of them are 'strong', it really depends on the dose that you take. 0.5 milligrams (mg) of alprazolam (Xanax) is approximately equivalent to 10mg of diazepam (Valium) 1mg of ativan and 20mg of serapax. this means that you only need 0.5mg of xanax to have the same effect as 20mg of serapax.
