1)Dystrophy is any condition or disease that causes weakening or abnormal muscle development

 

2)Weakened abdominal muscles such as rectus abdominus, internal and external oblique. Trunk extensors such as the erector spinae and quatratus lumborum

yes the muscles weakened from toe walking are leg muscles gastrocnemius and soleus and sometimes some abdominal muscles
