Since when do you have this pain ?

Do you have heartburn / diabetes / heart disease ?

Are you on any medications ?

Has this pain increased in intensity over time ?

Does this increase on exercise / movement ?

Customer: replied 7 years ago.
No, the pain is just off and on and hit in the middle of the night. I turned to my left side and the pain went away. then it happened for a brief couple of seconds this morningat 5:00. The pain is not severe. Just a short squeezing discomfort.

This type of pain can be from a Gastro Esophegeal Reflux Disease or even a heart related chest pain.

Considering your history of high blood pressure, diabetes and Cholesterol, I would advise you to first rule out a cardiac cause by having an EKG done.

That should be your immediate concern.

I would advise you to consider going to the ER to rule out a Cardiac Chest Pain, if this is ruled out, you can pursue other non emergency causes like GERD or chest infections, etc.

Kind Regards,
