Thanks for providing information.

It is good that you are not having any chronic issues.Generally there are various reasons behind the excessive loos of energy or fatigue like-

2.Endocrine reason like hypothyroidism.

3.Lack of proper & continuous sleep.

5.Metabolic reason like diabetes.

6.Chronic fatigue syndrome.

7.Some drugs like hypnotic & muscle relaxants.

8.Decrease level of calcium & vitamin b complex.

Your details are showing that you are also not eating properly due to stomach issues. On looking description it looks that you may be suffering from the gastritis. You should do following to get relief-

1.Avoid having hot spicy food items.

2.Do not keep your self in empty stomach state for long time. You may have small quantity of food at frequent intervals.

3.Avoid tea,coffee,alcohol.

4.You may have zinetac 150 mg twice a day before food.

5.Eat healthy diet including green leafy vegetables, legumes, fresh fruits, etc.

6.Get routine blood examination to rule out anemia as a basic cause for your fatigue.

7.Take a continuous sleep for about 7-8 hour.

8.Add vitamin B complex to your diet in the form of diet or by adding OTC available preparation of multivitamin pills.

9.You may have ginseng which is a good energizer. Also have good intake of calcium in the form of milk, curd, natural sun light, etc.
