For Concussion: you must have either loss consciousness or have other symptoms such as feeling dizzy, confused, or have memory problems. For dangerous bleed: Much more likely from a high speed impact such as a fall. Also, most of the really dangerous bleeds from mild trauma occur from hitting the head on the side such as the temple.
