My blood test showed that my ALT/SGPT was low, 27 and the norm is 30-65. Also, a test for Imm Grans, Auto was high at .01 and the norm is 0.0-0.0 Thou/mms. Are these anything to worry about.

You did not mention about any preexisting condition.

Your Liver enzyme SGPT ---may be low due to the liver disease, nutritional deficiency, may be just normal or laboratory measurement error.

Your peripheral smear ( poikilocytosis, tear drop cells & ovalocytes)---worrisome.

These may be due to vitamin b12 or B6 deficiency, folate deficiency, iron deficiency, liver disease or myelofibrosis ( a condition wirth bone marrow failure).

You should see a hematologist for further evaluation.
