Hello,
Diabetes would be the first consideration to be ruled out for these symptoms. It can cause dry mouth and predispose for the urinary tract infection, thus the bladder infection/soreness and also vaginal dryness. Blood sugar and urine sugar / urine examination would be helpful to clinch the issue. Hypothyroidism would be the another diagnostic consideration for your symptoms. Salivary gland problem like Sjogren's syndrome may also be thought of, if previous diagnosis are ruled out. This has immunological basis and can have wide spread manifestations involving many organ system.
Please feel free for your follow up questions.
can diabetes start suddenly? this seems to have happened overnight, two months ago
These diseases are chronic but the onset of the symptoms come at a point of time and one feels it suddenly.
It is pleasure and privilege assisting you.
