I have just experienced a sudden horrible sharp pain in my uterus area( felt like it just dropped).the pain lasted about 2 /3mins.It now feels like a bad cramp.I am 38 and healthy,and have not experienced this before

my last period was 7/02/09.I have no history of infections and no disorder of any sorts.Thank you.
