What is the age of the child?

How long has he/she been unable to urinate?

If the child has not been able to urinate or has had minimal urination for 4 days, then this is something for which she should be taken to the ER ASAP.

There are many conditions why she should be unable to urinate, but the most likely is kidney diseases like acute renal failure, Nephrotic syndrome.

She needs to be examined at once. This may be a critical condition and she requires immediate examination and treatment.
