Hello Mam

One of the possible cause of this could be a disease known as Nocturnal Myoclonus or Restless leg syndrome.It is most common in middle-aged and older people.

In this disorder there are episodes of repetitive leg muscle jerks or muscle twitches during sleeping which may result in multiple awakening. It need to be ruled out, and for it your should to consult a GP / Physician near you. You can find more information by clicking the links given below.
