You are overweight for your height by about 30 - 40 pounds - this is causing a condition similar to - OBSTRUCTIVE SLEEP APNEA. Your sinus problem is contributing to this too.

What you need to do - get a sleep study done to rule out an actual obstructive sleep apnea. Start a diet and exercise program and lose 40 pounds in the next 6 months.

Take care of the sinusitis - Use saline nasal drops several times daily . Try warm saline gargles or steam inhalation - your symptoms which could be due to the sinusitis would resolve with this.

Take an oral antihistamine medications like cetrizine and loratadine. Oral pain relief medications would help too.

You should dink plenty of fluids preferably luke warm water, warm saline gargles and steam inhalation would help.

Avoid tea, caffiene, alcohol and smoking. This would help with your symptoms.

You would probably need another course of antibiotics, if your symptoms persist.
