What is your age?

Do you mean your prostate is bumpy or your scrotum (ie, the sac containing the testicles) is bumpy? The prostate lies deep inside and cannot be felt from the outside.

I mean my prostate. I am 58 yrs. old.
Has it appeared bumpy on an ultrasound?

Has a doctor told you it is bumpy?

I did a self exam , I had a digital doctor exam 6 months ago and every thing was fine.
A 'bumpy' prostate is traditionally considered to mean a possibility of cancer prostate while BPH is considered to have a 'boggy' feeling.

Hence you should have this checked up with your doctor ASAP.

However, I would advise you not to get worried about this as a self examination can be very difficult and also since you are not trained in this, you may not have been able to differentiate the nature of the prostate exactly.

A doctor's examination can confirm your worries.
