What fingers specifically are hurting you? The thumb and index finger? Something else?

Is this only on the palm side of the hand?

Do you have forearm, or upper arm symptoms as well?
Customer: replied 7 years ago.

How long has this been going on?

Do you have neck pain as well?

Is this worse at night, or right after you wake up in the morning?

Do you have numbness?
Customer: replied 7 years ago.

Is the pinky finger definitely involved with this pain and numbness?
Customer: replied 7 years ago.
yes but not as much as my thumb and forefinger

The symptoms you describe are characteristic of nerve compression -- the pain and numbness in the fingers, in particular the thumb and forefinger are pretty characteristic of one of two conditions:

Carpal Tunnel:

Or cervical radiculopathy, irritating the C6 nerve ("pinched" nerve in the neck):

Because of the relative lack of neck pain and arm pain, I would think it would be more likely carpal tunnel. Carpal tunnel is often worse at night, as well. Read the links above to see if they match your symptoms.
