HELLO., SORRY ABOUT THE DELAY BUT THIS IS THE FOURTH TIME I'M COMPOSING THIS LETTER. I'M IN THE MIDDLE OF THE LETTER THEN SOMETHING

Hsome sonello, the pain is on one side, the left, somewhere between the 4th & 5th lumbar disks, then the pain radiates down the ;lower part of the glutes. there's a tingling sensation that runs from underneath the left footto the tip of my toes particularly my third toe and the fourth (when one counts the fifth as the big toe). The pain has been there since the winter of 2000 & .2001 MY OTHER SYMPTOMS INCLUDE THE FOLOWING: i've got urge Incontninence , i drool incessantly. my speech is impeded. I'm impotent, my handwriting is hardly ledgible . But these symptoms became worse progressively through the years. for instance. , my gait has become worse, \i started using the cane then the walker then \i graduated using wheelchair bythe year of 2003. I've tried to use the TENS machine, an ultra-sound machine. i've tried the exercises from 3 different Physiotherapist, nothing seems to work for my lower back [pain]. my urine seems to be okay - the color is clear light yellow. I've tried x-rays and MRI to help in the diagnosis but the doctors couldn't find anything conclusive. So sometime in 2004, the doctors declared that I had PSP, WHICH stands for Progressive Supra- Nuclear Palsy but ( and here;s the treal kicker) without the usual symptoms. I don;t think I have PSP although the symptoms might be similar. You see I had some chills in the summer of 1999 or 2000 something like a flu bug and then I had these terrible back pains about a week later.

in a scale of 1 to 10, the pain ranges from 6 to 9 but the pain comes around only when I

I've tried gabapentine and LYRICA , I HAD TO stop using them because they didn't seem to work . \i;'ve tried to use Mirapex and another type of medication with dopamine because they initially thought I HAD PARKINSONS DISEASE .
