Changed rear brake pads and rotors on 2007 Mazda 3. Rear wheels will not turn now like e-brake is on
JA: Do you have power steering? Have you checked the power steering fluid?
Customer: Why would power steering affect brakes Wheels will not rotate
JA: Are you fixing your Mazda2 yourself? What have you tried so far?
Customer: Yes, I changed rear pads and rotors and when I put the wheel on the wheel will not spin like e-brake is on
