Sometimes when you try to jump start the car it will blow the main fusible link. This is located in the fuse box under the hood and the car won't have any electrical power at all if it's blown. I have seen this happen a lot when try to jump start. If the cables were crossed by mistake or there was a large spark it could happen.
Sorry I am unable to make a phone call at this time.

Tell him to look at the main fusible link in the fuse box under the hood as the problem
If the car has no electrical power, it's either the battery, the main fusible link or the battery cables. Only those 3 things could cause this.

Hi Im David, it wont crank or start after you tried to jump start it? apparently it wasnt starting before jump starting it either. the battery is suspect here, along with the main fusible link, the anti theft system, or loose battery connections.
just checking in to see how its going
