New motor, battery, turbo, etc.
No spark at the plug, has good fuel pressure.
Not immobiliser, far as I can tell

Check the crank sensor, this is what controls spark on this engine.

K. So got it to where it will fit for like 3 revs then same thing

Unplug the cam sensor and see if it will spark.

There is a capacitor on the right rear of engine I would check this as well.

This sounds like a pcm problem, I would swap out the engine computer on this.

Also there is a humming noise coming from the throttle body along with a clicking sound from the computer. Thoughts

Yes, you have to program the pcm to recognize the keys or it will not start.
