JA: What is the model/year of your Mazda?
Customer: 2010 cx9 grand touring
JA: Are you hoping to fix this yourself? What have you tried so far?
Customer: I just unplugged and plugged the battery
JA: Have you tested the battery? Is the battery fluid low?
Customer: Yes... just came from dealer monday
JA: Anything else you think the mechanic should know?
Customer: Well that is all right now

You could try disconnecting the battery again, but this time hold the positive and negative cable ends together for 30 seconds. Sometimes this works. This discharges the capacitors that are inside the displays that can save memory even when the battery in not connected.
