tried both keyless entry fobs this morning and the car is not responding at all.
JA: Have you ever had to reprogram your fob? How old is the battery?
Customer: no, never reprogrammed, it is a 2014 original battery

Customer: a red light goes off and on when I hot the lock and unlock. I got in the car with the mechanical key, depressed the brake and nothing is lighting up
